Always keep the crossbow safe from children and adolescents as well as inexperienced and unauthorized persons.
Before each use of the crossbow check whether it is technically functional, ie always check the crossbow for correct assembly. The tendon must be sufficiently waxed and must not be split. The shape and length of the bolts must match the crossbow and be technically correct.
Only cock the crossbow if you fire a shot immediately afterwards.
