Return of items
You can easily register undamaged, original packed returns via our webshop in your customer account area.
To do this, go to your orders in your customer account area. Open the desired order, click on Return Item and then select the items you want to return. You can select all items that are not excluded from return (e.g. special orders).
Once you start the process, you will be automatically guided through all the steps - from selecting the return products, justifying the return, to the expected credit.

You can send the return with any parcel service you wish. As soon as we have received and checked the item, we will return the item amount to your account. The return postage costs have to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded (exception: complaints).
We will use the same payment method for the return as you chose when you placed your order.
The return and the respective status of the return in real time can also be found in your customer account under the item Returns.
Exclusion from return
If you don't have any "overpacking" please wrap a foil around the goods instead and stick the label on it. A directly glued original carton or directly glued goods can not be returned.
If you want to report missing, wrong, incomplete or too much delivered goods or a transport damage, we ask you to report it within 2 working days in the form of a return via the returns portal or via the ticket system.
Please contact the manufacturer directly for repairs - this usually speeds up the process. Of course, you can also contact our service team.
